Chen received his Bachelor’s Degree from Harbin Ship Engineering Institute with the major of Naval Architect.He started his career in 1995 as Hull Designer in Shanghai Shipyard. Since 1997,Chen has involved in several NB and conversion projects in China for German Owners as on site supervisor /Deputy Site Manager. After engaged in marine field for 12 years, In April 2007,Chen Hao initiated Westeast Marine,since then,he is heading the company that provides Project Management Solutions to the international Ship Owners , for their Newbuilding / Repair & Docking / Retrofit & Conversion Supervision and Husbandry Agency Service.
