Docking & Repair Supervision

● Dockyard visit and assessment ● Visit ship and preparation of repair specification ● Kick-off and Job identification at the dockyard ● Quality and progress control during repair ● Monitor and record scope of repair ● Coordinate daily with yard departments and service providers ● Review yard work-done list and negotiate yard invoices

Retrofit & Conversion Supervision

● Bulbous Bow Replacement ● Propeller Exchange ● Panama Canal mooring modification ● Scrubber Retrofit ● BWTS Retrofit

Newbuilding Supervision

● Shipyard visit and assessment ● Specification comments and negotiations ● Plan approval and maker selection ● Establish supervision team on site ● Administration and Human Resources support for the site team ● Technical and Coordination support for the site team ● Follow up on the Guarantee period after ship delivery
